The relationship between individual entrepreneurial orientation (IEO) and entrepreneurial bricolage: exploring passion and perseverance

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between individual entrepreneurial orientation (IEO) and bricolage behavior, considering two emerging dimensions IEO measurement: passion perseverance. Design/methodology/approach A total 187 postgraduate students who have recently started a new business were selected as research sample. This study aimed explore multidimensional perspective construct. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis was applied examine hypotheses. Findings results show that along with enactment traditional IEO, examining newly introduced illustrates distinguished explanation in resource-scarce environments leads development bricolage. Originality/value examined construct primarily associated behavior declares more effectively.
